Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts under Indian law. PG Owners must be the lawful operators of the properties they list.

• PG Owner — manages properties, tenants, rent collection.
• Tenant — uses the app to view dues, raise complaints and pay rent.
• Staff / Sub-admin — invited by PG Owners with limited permissions.

• No illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harassing content.
• No impersonation of other users, owners or staff.
• Do not interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service without consent.

PG Owners may subscribe to paid plans. Plans, pricing and inclusions are agreed in writing via our sales team. Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in feature suspension after notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app or by emailing support. Refunds for unused pre-paid days may be issued at our discretion. There are no refunds for partial-month usage.

If tenants pay rent through in-app payments, all transactions are processed by licensed third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers. Disputes for failed transactions should first be raised with the payment processor.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant PG Connect a limited license to host, display and process that data solely to provide the service.

PG Connect is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Data deletion requests can be filed at pgconnect.co.in/account-deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
